Gain Success by Great Combination of Tamas, Rajas and Sattva, Role of Food for gaining sucess in life. How to gain sucess. How control Tamas, Rajas. How to increase Satva in mindFood is not only required for fulfill stomach hunger only. It also helpful to functioning mind and consciousness. Our body balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These characterized determined by the sattva, rajas, and tama. In order to gain batter life style, peace of mind and success can be achieve by balance these three guna. There is a great and simple way to gain success without any extra effort. Every human beings born with certain ability which is we called as expertise but other than that we also need to sharp this expertise with balancing with Tamas, Rajas and Satva.
Tamasic (sedative) foods
To balance or decrease Tamas, avoid use of following food in your diet.
- Aged Cheese,
- Pickles,
- Tamari,
- Vinegar,
- Wine,
- Alcohol,
- Drugs,
- Red Meat,
- Stale Foods,
- Leftovers,
- Mushrooms,
- Microwaved Food,
- Processed Foods,
- Frozen Foods And Fried Foods
Rajasic (stimulant) foods
To balance or decrease Rajas or Rajat, avoid use of following food in your diet.
- Stimulants,
- Coffee,
- Caffeinated beverages,
- Hot spicy or fried foods,
- Excess sweets,
- Garlic,
- Onions,
- Hot peppers,
- Tomatoes,
- Radishes,
- Corn Eggs,
- Fish,
- Poultry and Especially red meat
- Fruits like sour apples, apples, banana, guava
- Grains like millet, corn, buckwheat
- Vegetables eg. potato, nightshades, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, tamarind, pickles, winter squash
Also avoid following activities
- Over exercising,
- Over work,
- TV & action-oriented or sexual movies,
- Loud stimulating music,
- Excessive thinking or emoting Eating too fast
Sattvic foods
To Increase Satva avoid food or diet on food/activity listed above, Over on it, eat following healthy food in your diet.
- Fresh foods
- Almonds
- Pure Milk like organic milk, fresh homemade yoghurt
- Ghee
- Fresh fruits like mango, pomegranate, coconut, figs, peaches, pears
- Most vegies like rice, tapioca, blue corn
- Vegetarianism like mung, yellow lentils, kidney, lima
- Grains, esp. wheat & brown basmati rice, whole wheat, oats (rice, tapioca, blue corn)
- No meat
Sattvic herbs
- Ashwagandha,
- Bacopa,
- Calamus,
- Gotu kola,
- Gingko,
- Jatamansi,
- Purnarnava,
- Shatavari,
- Saffron,
- Shankhapushpi,
- Tulsi and rose.
