Antardrashti means soul-searching or introspection. Contemplating on life's true purpose, rooting out faults, building upon virtues, healing tragedies and hurts, contemplating God's glory and much more form the sadhana of antardrashti. Bhagwan has also revealed antradrashti to be an act of looking at the form of God without or the murti of God within. The act of looking is not merely a superficial, physical process, but perceiving God in all glory and greatness.
For any aspirant progress rests not only upon vision, planning and execution, but also on self evaluation or antardrashti.
