In case you dont cease the use of the above mentioned copyrighted materials a legal action will be commenced against you. I do have a strong self-belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above as allegedly infringing is not authorized by the copyright proprietor, its agent, or the law. I declare, under consequence of perjury, that the information in this letter is correct and that I am the copyright owner or am permitted to act on behalf of the proprietor of an exclusive and legal right that is allegedly violated.
